Long Sat Nams
What will it do for you?
This is an extremely relaxing meditation. It completely neutralizes
tension and puts you in the most relaxing situation you can possibly
imagine. By doing it for 40 days you can revitalize your glandular
system and re-establish glandular equilibrium.
How to do it:
Sit straight and relaxed and bring the forearms up and in until th
hands meet at the heart level. Face both palms up and cross the right
hand over the left palm with the fingers extended and joined to each

The eyes are 9/10 closed, and as the meditation progresses they may
close completely. Inhale deeply and exhale completely as you chant

Ratio of "Sat" to "Nam" is 35:1. Begin with 11 minutes and buld to 31.
