A very useful article for me,thanks.I am a new member of this group.
I am in need of such technique,to end my own autosuggextions,
during my yoga/dance practices,means end of do this/don't do this,
instead allowing body to work by its own,and only to feel it.
whish I fend very difficult,and also end of distaractions,
inside/outside.Hope this teaching will work for me.
