Hi! I've been doing a morning meditation for a long while now, but have just
recently started
doing an 8-minute Qigong morning routine, as well. I was wondering: Is it better
to perform
the Qigong routine first and then sit and meditate silently for 20 minutes, or
is it better to
meditate for 20 minutes and then do the routine?
I thought doing the routine first would make my meditation more centered, but it
seems to
be making it more restless. Thoughts?
