Unless you have a psychic doctor, that's the way it should be...:)

As far as fear goes, that wouldbe something you nedd to address within
first if you ask me....at least that's the approach I would use if I
wewre in that situation...after that look outwardly...

> yeah, your right in that they always seem to need to protect

They probably don't have time to know that....and given human nature, if
you were to bring up the subject they'd run anyway....:)

hmmmm....shrug....perhaps if different words were chosen to convey the
thought...perhaps they now hear words that trigger a fear reaction based
on past experience...it leaves them unable to sense your true intentions?

One thing is certain, stopping communication would only render the
situation worse....:)

Of course we know that's not true...;)

They're not gods...just people with loved ones...they get up from sleep
the sme as you or I....go to work....etc. They possess a certain
knowledge...as do we.....nothing more....

> but i think, and i reason, and i anolyze, and i am not heard due to

Well, stop thinking, reasoning and analyzing...just speak from the
heart..:) Hard to do at first but gets easier with practice..as if
forming new habit...lol

In time your true intention will be carried on your words and they will
understand and not fear....that's the general ide anyway...

This may be where patience may come into play....as if your body were a
child and was trying to learn something new.....perhaps the subject is
diffcult because "it has been doing it the other way" for so long?

> it's so easy to praise a person, but it's so hard to share when

That is true for me also...One teacher I read claimed one could love
everyone....but that didn't mean you had to like them all...LOL

> anyways, i am seeking to understand other ways, beside chiros, and

I've found stretching to be the most helpful for my own skeletal
trouble...keeps the muscles and ligaments (etc.) loose thereby allowing
the "bones" to find their natural place....although sometimes that
natural place isn't where it should be naturally!

I figure it took 25 years to get there in that position...it will take
time to work it's way back...I can speed that with the stretching and
breathing (yogic-type disciplines).

When I breathe deeply enough and settle enough, I can focus on making my
back relax...eventually on one of the inhales I feel something slide
back into place...

There's a man named Glen Morris who wrote the book Pathnotes of an
American Ninja in which he describes how he was able to manipulate his
bones back into place after his kundalini rose..

Sure...part of human learning me thinks...:) I've noticed it gets in the
way sometimes...

Especially in the right shoulder....but mine results from several
"accidents"...old H.S. football injuries, car wrecks, falling off a
bridge 30 feets...LOL Don't try tht at home btw...LOL

Hmmm. Could it be something is turned left and then brought to center?
That would be ideal I would think..It sure sounds as if something is
pinching the nerve when to the left....ask them to show you on their
model.. (That helps with visualization during relaxation or
meditation)(p.s. - if they won't maybe find another chiro?)

Do the chiros know about that maneuver? If great when you can find
something that helps like that! (slightly envious...:)

Hmmm...I have a similar spot in the middle.....everytime they adjust it
it's much worse....I finally found a chiro that agreed with me that that
particular spot would probably be better left alone...I only have
trouble with it when they adjust it though, which is different from your
condition...

Remember their training is to first put things back into thier natural
position....but a "better" doctor would listen to what the patient is
telling them and then offer explanations for the treament I would think...

More his problem than yours.....are the other chiros you could try...?

The is more than one school of thought about how to proceed in treatment
in the chiropractic world....for instance..

One school believes in putting the bone into place and letting the body
grow accustomed to the new position...

Another one believes the area around the bone show be "worked" so as
tolet it slip back into the natural position on it's own....

I favorite a combined approch...there are times it should be forced back
and times it shouldbe allowed to takeit's course, imo...but I'm not a
doctor...;)

That just doesn't seem right....he should pay more attention to tht
condition...:/

My atlas just will not stay in place....he puts it back, in the mroning
it is out of place again...very loose! Surprising he didn't put that
back...my chiro thinks if the atlas is out of kilter, so will the rest
of the spine....same for the tailbone...seems to make sense...?

Better to let them tend to that one I would think....you don't want to
break your own neck!

Fantastic!

which it confuse me when i
> was with chiros, some how i felt as if i was deaf all over again,

Ahhhhhhhh...I see...this new situation is illiciting deep feelings is it?

That is a whole other discussion in itself and one I'm also working on
for me...:)

Just know it can be undone...;)

> and when i was deaf i didn't know many words, and sight and feeling

The frustration must have been overwhelming! The powers that be must
have have something very special planned for you to put you through
those trials...;)

> and suddenly i knew feel thought in my

Exactly! In those situations perhps "call timeout" so you can gather
your thoughts...remember you are paying him. He works for you. And you
want your money's worth right?...:)

(p.s. - One day when I had a cold I went to the doctor. He told me to
say "Ah", looked in my throat..and them exclaimed that I was "sick"...I
said, "I know I'm sick, wht do you think I'm doing here! You're going
to charge me for that!?...He then took extra time to examine
me...Needless to say he wasn't my doctor for much longer fter that!)

Porbably time to hunt for a new chiro huh?

It hurts. I understand. Been there myself. Time heals all though...and
good friends..;)

There you go!...I wonder if that's where sayings such s "Fight the good
fight"...come from?

To leave the world is the easy way. Much the same as it is to frown
rather than smile, (it literally takes more muscles to smile than to
frown!). The rewards of the easy way are not nearly as great...

You have a disticnt advantage over us Susie in that you are most likely
much more in tune with your body and how it feels because of your early
life experiences...without the words to describe...you felt everything,
from the body to the soul, in it's purest unconditoned form...Some spend
years meditating to try to experience that just once...

You're a special sperson, you need special doctor...I'll see if I can
get my chiro to email you if that's OK? He's a good guy...I think!..LOL

I'm glad to have met you.
