Description

This club serves as a supporting group for all Qigong and Kundalini practitioners who are willing to share successes and challenges they face during their daily practice. Let's get together and talk about our experience with Chi & Kundalini.
Kundalini is latent energy, an enormous reserve of untapped potential within each of us. It is normally depicted as a coiled or sleeping serpent, located in an area towards the base of the spine (the sacrum).
Qi or chi means life energy. Qigong is a simple and effective way of collecting chi from the Universe & stimulating chi flow throughout the body.

"Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated"
by Confucius

Most people have come to prefer certain of life's experiences and deny and reject others, unaware of the value of the hidden things that may come wrapped in plain and even ugly paper. In avoiding all pain and seeking comfort at all costs, we may be left without intimacy or compassion; in rejecting change and risk we often cheat ourselves of the quest; in denying our suffering we may never know our strength or our greatness.
