Whether Nostradamus wanted to frighten the people with his prophecies?
Maybe, but anyone using him in present time surely
appears to want to.
What is it, he cannot clearly name it, but
he feels that only if this phenomenon manifest itself in advance, the
humanity for sure would change its previous way of living, avoid its
self-destruction, revive and start to build a completely different human
world.
Some would .... many wouldn't. Like
you said everyone has there own path to follow, each person at a
particular stage in their
spiritual evolution/devolution. Isn't Bin Laden et. al. trying to
change humanity from it's previous way of living believing that
there needs to be a different human world?
Because, the movements in Universe follow
their objective laws and cyclic recurrence, and the Earth (including
everything on her) is subordinate to their influence: every part and
every detail naturally comply to the general movement of the Cosmic
whole!
True. There are as many cycles on
Earth as there are creatures....billions. Some will match up
into greater cycles and
and then some of those into even greater cycles. If The Universe
has a fixed cycle, it doesn't require us dickering with it.
We are but a speck in space and time.
And did you know that there is a comet the size of Jupiter at the edge of
the galaxy headed our way?!
Now we live in the time, which Nostradamus
had in mind.
I doubt it. He was a man of his time.
I'd pay more attention to astrology than to him!

attacks on 9/11.....gi'me a break!

there are at least three, in which are described specific issues, related
to the training and nature of this teaching:
This is great if you get something from
this. It is lovely poetry in my book. Using him for
predictions is sensationalistic and,
yes, possibily, frightening tripe.
Thus, in his quatrains Nostradamus shows us
that only qi (the energy) is that huge invisible power in Universe, on
Earth and in the human nature, which transforms the people, their values
and fate. Only through its increase and cultivation within the human
beings, it becomes possible in a natural way to balance and regulate the
interconnections between the peoples, so that they be able to limit and
even evade the “terrible disasters”. And only qi is in a position to
change the humanity’s path toward light and peace, in a harmony with
Nature.
I'm not sure why you are using him for a
reference! The associations that come along with him do not reflect
what you appear
to want to get across. I see his name on hoax pages more than
anywhere. Personally, I s'pose I'd still prefer the Chinese
take on it. You are mostly right in the end about cultivating
qi, but I think people should arrive at that through there
natural evolutionary growth. I do not think that I want to
see Saddam Hussein practicing qi gong in this lifetime.
I think we should continue to practice qi cultivation, influence who we
can in a positive way and write your senators and
congressman (not to mention 'voting' with your dollars) every chance you
get to work towards ending the use of petrochemicals
on this planet.....that would stave off most man-induced "terrible
disasters".
