Hi,
Here are some questions and answers about qigong:
> I'm wondering about the women's womb. In Carlos Castaneda's books and

> would like to ask you about that, what do you think or know?
I think that it does have some truth in this. The womb is connected
with the energy center "dan tian" in the body. But, the Chinese
taoists will rather prefer to say that the whole body should be
connected, not just the separate parts of it.
> Another thing I want to ask you is about the 5 elements. I was always
> very curious to learn why the air isn't one of them.
The air contains all the 5 elements, as it has different components.
However, the air, I think, is mostly connected with the lungs.

disappear.
> Sometimes I remember the first meditation that made my self to start

thing is that

soon.
In the beginning, when one doesn't have enough energy inside the body,
it is possible to happen such things. It is because the energy is
starting to move in the body, it is activated and starts to unblock the
passages. However, because the energy still is not very strong, after
that the blockages may appear again and again until more energy and a
stronger energy is accumulated in the body.
> Of course, speaking in general, everyday I feel better and better but
> I still wonder if there is anything I can do to accelerate the
process.
One should always keep a holistic thinking and a holistic attitude to
life and the different phenomena. To notice what are the current needs
of your body at the specific time, at the given season, to know the
individual and natural cycles and changes of Nature and their possible
influence to one's body. The food, herbs, massage, and acupressure are
always a good supplementary help for the qigong practitioners.
> Namely, is it possible for a beginner to keep the quality of
> meditation during the rest of the day?
It is very individual thing and depends on many factors, but especialy
on the question how much energy you waste during the day and whether
you are acting according to Nature's laws and cycles (whether you are
in a harmony with Nature and with yourself).
