Hi Everyone -
Trucker hasn't been feeling quite himself these past couple of days. This
all started very suddenly on Sunday [am] he would not eat but he is drinking
water his temp is normal in early afternoon he ate a little Sunday [PM] still
not eating but still drinking and temp normal. When we got home from the
races he had thrown up but still continues to drink well, he had then while I
was there he throw up again a bit of plastic toy :( "I quess I am not a very
good mommy :(". Monday [am] temp still not normal I called out sick from
work to be with him and he did eat this afternoon but nothing like his normal
self. This afternoon he didn't eat again but continues to drink water. He
did just throw up a little bit ago maybe we where pushing the issue too much.
He looked like he just throw up water this time no food was there that I
could tell :(

Some background on Trucker is a 4 yrs young will be 5 GOD WILLING on 7/5. He
has had ongoing problem with his right rear foot [way back when Trucker was a
puppy his so called breeders put a hair band around the lower part of his leg
and NEVER removed it. In which embedded all the way down to the bone damages
keilestendons [sp?] and so on. Trucker also has OCD in both front legs as
well has a torn cruciate in his right leg but we cannot do surgery or so on
till we get this over foot under control] He is been battling infection{s} in
this foot currently now for the last almost two years.

What we feel has happen is Trucker has been licking his foot ALOT and on
Saturday Trucker was unsupervised for sometime while we where all out. He
was fine come Saturday evening playing, eating his treats and so on. Sunday
AM he would not eat at all and this is where we are at. Other symptoms is
he's panting BUT he always is a panter and his eyes you can just see he
doesn't feel well ;(

Any helpful tips would be great as I have to get money before I can take my
baby to the vets. This vet is not the most co operative when it comes to
doing payment plans so I will not ask them anything IF anything maybe I can
find a new vet that is willing to work with me I would love to find a
holistic vet in my area, but realizing at the same time they are more
expensive compared to regular vets :( Can not win for losing.
