Hi Suzy,

We usually do not recommend pumpkin seeds and shredded carrots to control
parasites so I really could not help you with dosage. Pumpkin seeds are
commonly used, but I have found from my experience that it does not treat
all worms effectively.

We recommend products with a combination of garlic, black walnut hull and
other herbs to treat parasites.
