The Herbal calm is a capsule, and some people find that easier to administer
for daily supplementation. The Calm & Relax can be used daily as well. It's
a tincture, and can also just be used situationally just like the Rescue
Remedy would. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have them both on hand, actually.
