For kitties, we have a few products you may want to try.
The Flea Terminator powder can be added to the food. With kitties, I do it
much more gradually than dogs since they tend to be more finicky.
Topically, you can use the Aromaleigh Feline Flea Repellant Spritz. It's not
on our website yet, so I will tell you the ingredients: Lavender Hydrosol,
Rosemary Hydrosol, Lemon Verbena Hydrosol in a base of distilled water, vodka
and glycerin.
If the kitty is a short hair and will tolerate it, a really good metal flea
comb works wonders! In the yard, you can plant mints and marigolds and such.
Pennyroyal is great, but not at all grought tolerant and can induce delivery
in pregnant animals. Beneficial nemotodes OR diatomaceous earth can also be
spread around the yard. We are having a rainy summer this year, so I should
have opted for the nematodes. When it rains a lot, you have to keep
reapplying the D.E.
Hope that helps!
