I can tell you all of what's in this medicine from the store and
you can tell me if you think it sound right or not.

300 mg glucosamine and sulfate
100 mg shark cartilage
30 mg boswellin
15 mg yucca powder
31 mg ascorbate (manganese ascorbate)
5 mg manganese (ascorbate)
3 mg bromelaine
18 mg vitamin c (ascorbic acid)
250 IU vitamin a
6 IU vitamin e

you can let me know what you think. I haven't bought any of it yet.
