hi there,,, has anyone ever heard of ear candling??? ok i have a 10
yr old greyhound, for the past two years we have been dealing with an
inner ear infection, it comes and goes, i have taken him to many
drs,,, the latest is he is now taking 500 mg of ceppholxen daily.
this is keeping the bacteria at bay, but if i stop the antibiotics,
it will come right back which causes major vertigo, which is very
scarey for him to go through since he does not understand why this is
happening to him, i use rescue rememdy at those terrible times to
help to calm him,,, my question here is,,, there is something called
ear candling, i have done this to myself and others before, its a
straw like candle that you light and it creats a suction and will
suck out ear impurities normally about 2" of ear wax,,,yuck,,, im
wondering, if anyone knows if this would be something that may help
my boy, i am taking him to the holistic vet on monday and will ask,
but im wondering if anyone here may know something about
this,,, thanks pam,,,
