Omigosh, be SURE you back off the pred very slowly. There can be dire side
effects if you take him off cold turkey.

For Laddie's allergies we have the Aller'G Free, but what would probably be
better is reading the articles on the website, because you may really good luck
at the anti-yeast regimen.

Yes, it can take a few days or even weeks for an allergy to show up, but
generally they are pretty immediate.

For your cat, there may be better foods to recommend. I think the blood
tests are around $50 or so, but you could call your vet and ask. I think the
cat
would respond much better to salmon or fish oil than flax.
