Sally,

Thank you so much for sharing this important information. People need to
hear that diet is the number one cause of most health problems. When you
change the diet, amazing things happen. Home cooking can be time consuming
and a little bothersome at times, but if you make the changes slowly and
just make it part of your routine, it does get easier with time. Remember
not to beat yourself up if you give dry food every now and again.
