I got my disability the week that I was diagnosed w/ptc and was in the hospital to have my 1st vp shunt. I had severe head aches and lots of vertigo, as I also have Menier's. There was no way that I could work. But then again, it was only approved for 3 years, which this is my 3rd year.
I'm hearing more ppl these days whose disabily is being challenged.

Your spouse's income should not be a part of the decision as to whether you received SSD or not.  The issue is your disability not your household income. ...
