my 7yr old daughter has ptc. Ive just switched her to a neuro-op and her first
appt. is next week. Its at the Florida Eye Clinic 407-398-7741. I hope this
isn't the one you had problems with, she will be seeing Dr. Des. Also, before I
found some one local, I had her an appt. with Nemours in Jacksonville, they get

I wanted to know if anyone knows of a pediatric neuro opthalmologist .
My son was at his opthalmologist( we took him for a second opinion) and
he is talking that my son was mis diagnosed not with papilledema but he
has pappilitis and wants him seen at a neuro opthalmologist. My son is
allergic to the drops to dilate tha eyes and we went to see one 2 hours
away and the doctor insisted on doing the drops even though i told them
that he was in the emergency room and was in a lot of pain. doctor
refused to see my son because i would not put my son thru that. so now
i am needing to locate one that is more understanding and wont put my
son thru that. he has swelling on his optic nerve in his left eye only
he has had this for 4 years now and his vision is getting worse.one
doctor in orlando refused to see my son because he doesnt deal with his
condition .my only other option is a doctor in miami which we are
leaning towards but didnt know if anyone has taken their child to a
neuro opthal.
