hey I know how it feels to have psoriasis.  ive had it for more than 10 years
now but have learned to control it.  using exercise and diet but no matter what
I do, I have to use steroids on a regular basis.  it is really annoying.  So how
old are you and where do u live in texas.  Im male, 35 and live in Washington DC
area.
