I used to go to a tanning salon daily and it worked very well. Try to find uvb
beds. uva beds still seem to work. also try to find some dead sea salts and soak
in them in the tub.

I am Heather and I've had psoriasis for 25 years. Gee, sounds like I'm
introducing myself to a AA group. Lol (which there's nothing wrong
with belonging to that kind of group don't want to get anybody upset or
anything). I tried just about all the meds and treatments out there. At
this time I don't have insurance so just kinda toughing it out for the
