Thanks to all for their thoughts and sympathy. At the risk of being too personal on our group, I offer the following in tribute to this remarkable young man and his remarkable and loving family:

This You Tube video was made at the church where Stephen and his family worshiped.

He was deeply religious, and traveled to South America several times for his church to organize missions and help. A truly amazing person and family, as this video will demonstrate. He did this during a break from chemotherapy.
