Protect Allergic Kids (PAK) is a non-for-profit food allergy organization based in Long Island, NY. Cristina Stainkamp and Alisha Coupe are the Co-founders. We hold monthly support group meetings and post our bulletins on our website, www.protectallergickids.org.

PAK's website has many special features such as it's Message Center and Cookbook. It is a great source of information from food allergy books to food vendors. PAK has special holiday events such as our Halloween Candy Free Bash. We offer programs at libraries and schools in the area. We also have information on Eosinophilic Disorders.
