Hi ladies and buddies... How are you?

I am Jafar, age 36, in Lahore Pakistan.... married and with family...

I wanted to share with you my ball concerns... last couple of months I had been
feeling one samll ADDITIONAL ball-like thing on the left side testicle bag... I
was worried for a while, and its kept growing bit by bit... I was afraid it
might be something cancerous so I was afraid to go to Dr. and tests... and
finally when I coldn't take it anymore... I went in for Urtrasound test... So it
turnds out to be a fibrocyst... and it needs to be removed soonest posisble...
Cost of the surgery is too much for me to afford... its like somewhere around
US$.2200 for the surgery for removal of the cyst as I have found out this
morning!!! Also, unfortunately here in Pakistan, we don't have medicare or
medical insurance...

Anybody wanna help me (full amount or partially) to get the surgery done
please??
Just a request... if you consider, thanks... if you don't, please pray! I may be
at the verge of loosing one of my balls if the cyst grown larger... Its not such
a big amount since I don't have it, so it becomes a problem for me... you can do
it I am sure....
No kidding! I am worried sick!!!!
Please pray its nothing serious and the surgery will be enough and there is
nothing more to it!
