For those of you who have contacted me directly, the first area you
should look at is how much water you drink. Most professional
nutrionist beleive that for every 100 lbs of weight you have, you
should be drinking 1000 cc of water.
This means that if you are 150 pounds, you should be drinking at a
minimum 48 ouncs of water. (16 ounces for every 50 pounds for those
who need the metric conversion) Any less and you are nutritionally
dehydrated. (There is a difference between clinical dehydration and
nutritional dehydration.) If you experience a high amount of
cravings or hunger, you could be just nutritionally dehydrated.
Just remember, for adults and children over 16, 16 ounces of water
for every 50lbs of weight. If you are active or burn the midnight
oil, or stressed, you should be drinking more.
