Re: Seed Radiation

Hello:

I was just looking at Yahoo! groups on prostate cancer and
happened to see your post. I am a urologist in Atlanta, Georgia. I
think combination seeding and external beam radiotherapy is
the way to be treated for all but the most aggressive prostate
cancer. I send my own patients to Radiotherapy Clinics of
Georgia. They are readily available on the Web at www.rcog.net.
If your dad would happen to choose them, I would appreciate the
opportunity of being the urologist involved with his care. You can
find me at www.davidcornellmd.com. Please don't hesitate to
contact me if I may be helpful to you. Prostate cancer is a major
interest of mine. i have personally changed my philososphy from
that of being very keen on radical prostatectomy to being a big
believer in combination seeds plus external beam.
I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
David Cornell, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Hi Joe: The low PSA, even with high Gleason, suggests a small volume of cancer. David Cornell, M.D. From: "joeychuck2" <joeychuck2@...> Reply-To:...
