What stage is your cancer? What is your PSA? I had surgery,radiation
and many different tests..For me the only thing that stopped the PSA
from going up, which I think is directly related to cancer
growth/spread,is the hormone shots(every three months, combined with
a "casodex" pill every day.Two years after my surgery the PSA started
up from a low of .05 up to .5 then 33 radiation treatments and the
PSA continued to rise..We decided to wait until cancer showed up on
the CAT scan or the bone scans. Then when it did show up on the CAT
scan PSA was 51 and we started "Zoladex shots and casodex pills.Now
the PSA is 0.33...I hope this info is of help to you...Good luck
