Hi everyone,
Well it looks like it was another hard week. Overall we only lost 1.3 pounds as a team, giving us a grand total of 14 pounds lost so far.
We still have 9 weeks to go to reach our 100, so let's really give it a try.
My pledge this week:
I am going to try and do something everyday that looks like exercise. Lately I have been working in the yard a lot and I LOVE IT. It is really not like working out, but I get all sweaty and out of breath shoveling dirt or mowing the lawn or doing whatever so I think it counts.
Also, I need to stay away from the bad foods. It is soooo Easy to eat bad, and it seems really difficult to eat healthy. Crazy.
Let's all commit and try and get over the 20 pound mark this next week.
