Hello Everyone....
Well, It was not a good week for me, and unfortunately though we had
a kick-but week last week, we actually lost some ground this week.
I learned a very important lesson this week.
Old habits die hard. Without really thinking, I had scheduled two
consecutive nights out, each with friends, each doing different
things (including dinner), and when I ordered food, I just kind of
ordered like I always had. To make it worse, it was Monday and
Tuesday of this week, 1 day before weigh in. Crazy. I really need to
change the way that I look at things like Going out. Always need to
be thinking healthy, not just when I am at home and we are cooking
there.
Anyway, I must apologize first and say that unfortunately we had a
Net gain this week of 1.5 pounds making our total weight loss for
two weeks 12.7 pounds. We are still on track to hit our 100 pound
goal and we have 10 weeks left to accomplish it.
Let's keep it up and get back on track.

By the way, I do not think that I told you..... We have sponsorship
for the whole group of $6.00 per pounds lost. Isn't that great? If
we lose our 100 pounds, that will be $600 that we will be able to
use to buy food... AWESOME!!!! LET'S DO IT!!!!
