Yes, What's that?? I am moving along quickly with all those extra
miles walked(137.5) this past week. I can look down and there are
maizes in the fields. The fields have been cut in different shapes
and range in different sizes. I see shapes of the Capitol Building,a
John Deere Tractor,a Witch riding her broom. Oh My Goodness!!! So
many of the people(little dots to me) look lost. I hope they find
their way out. Thank You to all of you that walked or tried to fit
walking into your busy schedules this past week, those steps or miles
are helping move me along my journey. I received a text message that
some of you were getting ready for winter-putting up new insulation,
had sick kittens all night long, while others were busy with daily
chores and everyday happenings. Keep those feet a moving anyhow and
anywhere you can and continue helping me reach home by Halloween.

Remember when it comes to body weight, remember---1 pound=3500
calories. For every pound you want to lose, you must burn 3500
calories of energy. The only way to do that is just keep those feet a
moving. And I know we are not trying to lose weight-but only trying
to improve our overall health. Walking is one of the best forms of
