awalking anyhow, anywhere you can-I hope to be hearing of a new weeks
record next Monday, remember I am only a mountain climber by accident
and I need your help! From high on the mountain, Your hiking Buddy-

Found another interesting article in the October 2008 issue of Family
Circle-
"If going for a walk never seems to make it onto your to-do-list,
there is another reason why it should: Learning to move a little
faster may help you live longer. You can improve your lung capacity
and cardiovascular health in just 3 weeks" Hey, we all are
healthier!!!!
As I have mentioned in the past I like to grab a South Beach bar as I
go out the door-well in the last box-they through in a new item Free.
"Free is good". It is called "Tide me Over" and is a nutrient
enhanced drink. It was the Natural Strawberry Banana flavor-you mix
it with water. It only has 30 calories,3 G of Protein,and 5 G of
fiber. It is filling and very tasty. I use it for a great afternoon
snack/drink. It cost around $375 for a box of 7 packets. Give it a
try and let me know what you think.
Thanks for being part of this great team and good luck, Dianne
