That is interesting that you mentioned that about falling back into
old eating habits. I was talking to one of our walkers and she
mentioned the same thing. She had gotten back into the breads &
Potatoes and just didn't realize it. With myself, I had been
skipping or having a very late breakfast. Not Good!!!! Now that we
have started the walking challenge I try to grab something early in
the morning. My favorite is the south Beach Cinnamon & Raisen Fiber
bar. It is quick and can be eaten on the run(Walk). How is everyone
else doing? Have you found any new tricks or yummy-good for you-
