So, I have made an interesting observation about myself, and I
wonder if anyone else has noticed it too.
After the last weight loss challenge, I stopped exercising as much
as I should and I noticed that I stopped eating healthy. All of a
sudden, I was back to eating the things that I used to eat before.
With the walking challenge, I have started exercising ALOT more than
I was, and with this increase in exercise, came an unexpected change
in behavior.
I am eating healthier.... Not by making conscious decisions, but
instead, I notice that I am craving salads, making only half a
sandwich instead of a whole sandwich. Automatically grabbing the
baked chips instead of the fried ones....Just as second nature, not
that I am trying.
Anyone else noticed this? I have noticed that when I do think of
eating bad foods, my first thought is how much do I need to walk to
work that off.... YIKES!!!
Anyway, hope everyone is meeting their goals so far this week.
Personally I am aiming for 12 miles. Will see how it goes.
