I didn’t get the attachment. Mark and I had a great time last night! I hope Laura is feeling better. See you Saturday. Here’s a link with a list of some of the Curves in the Bay Area – we can work up a pitch for them if you want.

Hello to all,
So it has been a little over a month since our last challenge ended,
how is everyone doing? Me personally? I would say that I did not
experience the life change to my eating habits that I had hoped for.
How about you?
Looking back at the last month, I see that I decided that now that
the challenge was over, I ate all of the things that I had prevented
myself from eating, as they were not good for me. Unfortunately when
you do this 5 or 6 times a week, it will add up to way too many
calories and the pounds creeping back on. I also found that my
exercise dropped to almost nothing.....
I hope you were not like me.
I am writing today to say that I realized that the last 5 weeks do
not matter, and all I can focus on is what happens today, tomorrow,
this week and next. Therefore...
"Moving forward I am...." (Would be most beneficial if you hear this
phrase as if Yoda said it)
Back on the plan for me. Focus on losing some weight and being
healthy! I found an interesting article in the news the other day.
It said that researchers are now finding that people trying to lose
weight should try and reach 5 hours a week of exercise. I know I
have not been doing that.... Gotta get back on it.
By the way, we will have our first official advertising for the
group. I have developed a brochure for my local shelter and am
having some printed. My idea is to distribute them in my
neighborhood to increase awareness as many people do not even know
the shelter exists. I have attached a copy for reference.
Keep up the good work. Let me know if you have time for a walk?
Dan
