Hi,
Laura and I will be at the San Martin Animal Shelter donating food
this Sunday around 1:00pm. Let me know if you would like to join.

I got an email from the Shelter supervisor and she said that they
still desparately need kitten food. In the last week, their
population of adoptable animals has almost tripled. Currently on the
website they have 47 Adoptable cats of which 33 of them are kittens.
They also have 26 adoptable dogs, so they are FULL!!!!

Donating food equal to the weight you have lost is a rewarding
activity. It really makes you realize how much you have lost when
you carry the food in your arms. Whether you have lost weight or
not, any help would be appreciated. Let me know and I can give you
more details regarding food types etc.

Also, if you know anyone who might be interested in adopting a
kitten, now is the time, maybe pass on the website to them.
