In studies, pumpkin seeds reduced aches and pains as effectively as
the arthritis drug indomethacin-without causing any of the drug's side
effects. The seeds are loaded with zinc, which is important to
muscles, cartilage and ligaments, and their essential fatty acids help
relieve pain caused by inflammation.

Be kind to your kidneys
At least two studies suggest that regularly snacking on pumpkin seeds
prevents kidney stones.

Taken from Womens World, Natural Cures.
