Hi, I am on my second Sunbeam Heated Mattress pad and my spine and hip really
appreciate. My physical theropist told me about it and he said that you will
turn in your sleep so the part of your body that hurts the most will be on the
heat. That is what I have found to be true. enjoy and take care Julie
