Hi Jack, Having been there not to long ago, I am thankful all I had to deal
with is their lawyer for the signing of the papers and the bank where I
deposited the money. On the Florida end was all done on line and bless Tom, who
picked up the keys for me. Oh yes he was the one that found this wonderful
place. Well I do feel for you on the sorting and packing. NOW THAT IS THE
WORST PART. You will make it and just take some good chill time. Getting all
stressed out will make the work harder.
