Just a quick note to let you know we have had a couple make us an offer
on our house. YAHOOOOOOOOOO
They are going to see their Lawyer this week and have him draw up a
letter of intent, and will be dropping off a deposit to us this week.
He has a house up for sale but expects to sell it rather quickly as it
is in a very busy part of the city. We agreed to work with them on a
closing date and that sealed the deal for us.
It means a bit of a wait for us, but it sure takes a lot of pressure
off of us for packing and getting ready for the move.
I think this is probably the best for both of us as far as making a
long distant move.
Whatever it takes, it means no more long cold Alberta winters. YIPPEEEEE
