Hi Jack, It was good to have such a nice crowd last night and to have you back.
You asked for tips on how to handle arthritis. It is simple--don't use it,
loose it. That is a tip of wisdom that has stood the test of time, and it is
very true. So get some exercises for what ever part gives you the most grief
and keep it moving, slowly at first, then the arthritis will ease. Have had to
do that for many years for my hands, joints and back. That is one reason I do
