It's a good suggestion Dr. Itaki, since this is the only
Journal that allows Papua New Guinean Drs to share
information as well as a few other overseas Drs.

Who or which organisation is currently responsible for its
publication?
It is a huge task, which needs dedicated staff as well as
funding.

I'm sorry I can't make any real practical suggestions at
this point of time but I will try to look around for
ideas.
