Thank you William and AR, in fact it all started with RI, and his suggestion which did not take much convincing for me...hence much credit should be his...It's been a tough going but its all worth it....I hope we all continue to contribute to the journal and use it as an avenue to tackle issues, improve collaboration and generally provide a platform for our young population to have a source of motivation and archive for research. I hope you all can contribute in your small little way to the journal. If you have letters, comments, or full research manuscript, please feel free to write your motivations, convictions, ideas, philosophies, hopes and aspirational. Only small request I make is for the document be referenced.
