Willie you are right, not just internet, everything is expensive and slow and maintenance is poor in everything, these are problems or the environment in which we have to operate in in this time, but lets concentrate on the solutions to these problems.
I intend to head back to PNG SMHS next year to complete my MMED, I am more then happy to provide the link with SMHS and this forum, or help.

However, the problem I see is that internet in PNG is too slow & expensive & maintenance is also poor. It is a huge area that needs developing. Compare University of Fiji's home page to UPNG's. We still have a long way to go.
