Hey...I have suffered from placenta abruption almost 12 weeks ago. I
was 34 weeks a long and it was terrible. My son weighed 4lbs. 8ozs.
and he was perfect other than that. It was just shocking to me because
I had never even heard of this disorder. I was just in pain and then
began to bleed. At that point the abruption had already taken place
and my sweet little boy was already gone. I also had gone to the
doctor just 16 hours earlier and he said everything was fine. I
noticed the heart rate being 10 points lower than it normally had been
but the doctor said it was normal. My doctor was very shocked
too...because I hadn't shown any complications so far and also he had
told me everything was fine. I really don't know what else to say
other than I would love to hear other people's experiances...so please
write me and let me know what has happened to you all...that is the
whole reason I joined..for support. Hope to hear from you all
