I was told to restrict lifting anything, so I guess it would be very
hard for you to do that. I was also told to all but wrap myself in
cotton wool, I didnt do this completly when pregnant with my daughter
who came along after my PA, and I had a slight tear with her, but I did
it with my son who was my last and I did not have a PA at all. Very
hard to do though and you need really good support around you or it is
virtually impossible. Good luck with your quest.
