placenta abruption took my son at 36 weeks and 2 days i only wish they
could o have prevented it from happening!!!!!!!!!

PEORIA - Tevy Justus Otto, infant son of Jason Eugene and Dawn Ann
Marie (Maloney) Otto of Peoria, was stillborn on Thursday, Feb. 28,
2008, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Simons
Mortuary, with a visitation a half-hour prior to the service,
beginning at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Nancy Winstead will officiate.
Cremation rites accorded.
