Thanks all for the help, encouragement and information.

It is abundently clear now that I do not have PS after reading many of your
posts. Yes, the Piriformis may well be involved, but the seat (pardon) of
the problem seems to reside in the Tensor Fasciae Latae Muscle...never even
heard of it until today.

James - she has already left. You might try sending her a private email. She lives in Canada. You might look at the following link. I think she was getting Matrix Repatterning from her chiro, so I assumed he changed her diagnosis.
