Carol - It's not that I go looking for information, it
just washes over me. Between National Public Radio,
the NY Times, the Chicago Tribune, our local paper,
the BBC shortwave & BBC TV News, I'm always coming
across interesting information.

I heard about the EU's ban of Kellog's because it
could cause certain vitamin overdoses in people who
consumed a healthy diet. The thing is in the U.S. you
have to assume people are not eating a healthy diet &
that is why they added vitamins to processed flour &
cereal products.

Regarding the "little read Danish journal", I think
the reference is to most U.S. doctors, who don't read
Danish medical journals.

Oh, I do hope your surgery (& insurance process) goes
well! The whole thing, including recovery, sounds
