Hi James,

Thank you for thinking of me. The visit to the neurologist went
well. I explained the surgery recommended and he also supports the
surgery. I had botox 3 weeks ago (didn't get as good relief this
time). The 3 the doctors I see there all support me having the
surgery.

Today I was recommended a doctor in Maryland to check out for second
surgical opinion. I'm a little blue as to what to do next. Hopefully
I will feel better if I can get to see the doctor in Maryland.

I will keep you posted as to the outcome.
