I agree totally with this article, people can take anything too far. But for me
it has offered relief. And as having had heat stroke before, I took it very easy
in class. It took me two weeks of going 5 times a week, just to get used to the
heat and not feeling nauseous. I stuck it out, took my time and now I am better
off than before. After two months I still can't perform all the poses, but am
working toward a goal.
