Link for Bikram Yoga

http://www.bikramyoga.com/

It will tell you all about it and how to find a class near you. It is a special
grouping of 26 poses in a room heated above body temperature, at least 100* It
took me about two weeks to get used to the heat. But once I did, it was great!!!

Thanks April, can you tell me more about this Bikram Yoga method? Any
links you can provide would be helpful, thanks again!

which help tremendously and after I felt better (got the pain down
from about a 7 to a 2) I started taking Bikram yoga. Now I have no
pain at all and I just drove from Reno to Whidbey Island, WA, which
is a 16 hour drive, in one day. And I didn't have any pain when I got
home or during the drive. I used to not even be able to drive to the
airport without pain and stiffness, and that was only 2 hours.
Really, I can't even believe it myself. I didn't want to do the
traditional Dr. thing myself, as I feel the meds just mask the pain,
and I didn't have enough pain or problems for surgery. (Which I
probably wouldn't do anyway, unless totally incapacitated.) I still
watch the board though, because I know it is still there.
Occasionally I will feel it tighten back up, but I will just make
sure and get back to the Bikram and loosen it back up. The trigger

may not be the same answer for each person.
