James- At least the waiting is nearly over. I really
hope your surgery goes well. It really scares me that
surgery is your first choice & you did not try any
other treatment first, Good luck!

Please stay in touch & let us know the long tern
results (like at six months & one year post-op.) So
often there is relief for 3-6 months, then the problem
returns.
